Aerison have a long history of partnering with asset owners in the mining and minerals, energy, infrastructure, defence and water sectors.THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITYAs an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for:Supporting the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective corrective actions.Providing coaching and training to personnel on HSE policies, ensuring all team members are equipped to uphold a safe work environment.Leading incident investigations and reporting, including identifying root causes and recommending measures to prevent recurrence.Supporting safety meetings, toolbox talks, and engagement sessions to promote a safety-first culture.Collaborating with site teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.WHO YOU ARECertificate IV in WHS (Mandatory)Current C Class Driver's License (Mandatory)Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) Training (Desirable)Good working knowledge of WHS Legislation.Strong computer software skills including MS Office, Outlook and MyOSH.Excellent communication and organisational skills.High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse range of tasks.Flexible approach to work.Commitment to a high-performance culture.Advertised: 25 Oct 2024 W.
