We are seeking a Systems Officer to join a collaborative team, as this business transitions to shared services model across HR functions.
Your role would be focused on Systems and optimisation, responding to tickets and providing support.
Experience with HR systems is required.
About the role: Manage a portion of the business within the shared services model, focusing on standardization, streamlining, and creating efficiencies within new systems (Successfactors).
Ensure timely resolution of issues via ticketing system, and effective escalation to appropriate personnel.
Support system-related tasks such as workflows and onboarding procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Contribute to the development of processes and standardization for common queries and tasks.
Assist with classifications, and optimization efforts within the new systems.
About you: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing environments.
Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Background in HR administration, IT Support or Systems focused roles would work well.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors is a must.
