For one of our clients – a leader in sustainable marine cargo handling, offering a diverse portfolio of products and services, we are looking for the role of HR Solutions Architect (Corporate and Functional Systems Lead) - Remote from Sofia/Bulgaria. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute to the selection, management, and development of IT technologies for HRIS and other systems Support platform owners in managing technology and service vendors in these solution areas Own the solution architecture and integration processes for the HR and corporate solutions domains Drive strategic solution architecture in HRIS, ensuring alignment with business processes and HR requirements Develop solution strategy and roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery of quality developments Collaborate with functional process owners and solution expert teams to meet the business goals Lead virtual teams, coordinate key user networks, and work with internal IT services to ensure seamless operation of HRIS and related systems Participate in financial planning for solution development and coordinate with external vendors Manage communication and prioritization towards stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic field 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR information system development (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) Strong understanding of HR processes and team leadership experience within HR service centers is beneficial Experience with tools such as Cornerstone and integration platforms is an added advantage Ability to translate process and functional requirements into technical specifications Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English A combination of 'big picture' thinking and detailed analysis Positive, collaborative attitude with a strong understanding of HR systems and best practices Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Our client offers: Competitive salary and benefits package Remote working model Great work/life balance - 25 days paid leave The opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with a global leader in the industry Involvement in high-impact finance solution development and architecture projects Support for professional growth and development, working with cutting-edge technologies Collaborative and inclusive company culture If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next step.Kindly share your detailed resume in English when you get a chance.
