As an onboarding specialist, the role will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience, fostering employee engagement and setting the foundation for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing support during their first days and weeks.Coordinate with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure all pre-employment paperwork, system access, and equipment setup are completed.Monitor and track new hire progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.Gather feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering a great employee experience.The successful candidate will have previous experience in delivering onboarding programs in a large or fast-growing organisation and be available to commence on Monday 7th Oct.
