Job DescriptionAre you a creative and enthusiastic HR all-rounder looking for the chance to work for an innovative Council? The role provides exposure to all aspects of HR and the opportunity to make a real difference in one of Perth's most desirable locations.
The appointment is available on a permanent full-time basis, although a 4-day week may be considered for the right candidate. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and provide a comprehensive HR service for the Town, including recruitment, employee induction, industrial and employee relations advice, change management, workplace health and safety, and workforce planning.
A salary of around $100,000 per annum is on offer, plus up to 16% superannuation, generous leave conditions, and other Town-focused benefits such as free parking and health and well-being initiatives.
