UnitingCare is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Business Partnering team as part of the People and Culture function supporting our Aged Care and Community Services portfolio.
This Business Partnering role is also responsible for working proactively with the broader Senior Leadership Team in our BlueCare Residential portfolios to ensure the delivery of strategic people and organisational initiatives, through workforce insights and initiatives, coaching and the translation of business requirements.
Please note, this is a full time, permanent role and hybrid working is encouraged. Your part in our UnitingCare team: Understand business challenges and priorities, understand the strategic landscape and use this to support the definition of desired workforce outcomes and the co-design of fit-for-purpose integrated HR initiatives and processes to help deliver organisational outcomes.As a trusted advisor, engage, listen, guide, coach and build stakeholder relationships.Support the implementation of the UnitingCare People and Culture Strategy and lead the development of associated Service Stream People Plans, in order to embed change and influence outcomes.Monitor, review and interpret reports, workforce data and trends and provide insight to both the service stream and HR, to implement proactive actions.Drive continuous improvement in data reporting, information gathering and utilisation of data and the systems we source it from.Deliver strategies which enhance a values driven, safe employment environment and attracts, engages and retains skilled employees and volunteers.Assist with complex employee relations matters in consultation with Employee Relations Specialists and People Advisory teams.What makes a difference for us? As an experienced HR professional you will bring to the role:
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a relevant field.Significant previous experience in a similar role, providing strategic and tactical advice to senior leaders in an organisation and implementing HR initiatives and programs.Experience in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement fit for purpose solutions.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional stakeholder management experience.Proven experience in understanding end-to-end core HR processes, process accountabilities and internal control requirements.What makes a difference for you?
