Pinnacle People is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR and Payroll administrator to join our team at our Melbourne Head Office. 
Key Responsibilities: Assist in payroll processing.Assist in maintaining employee records.Assist accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.Assist in managing hr compliance from recruitment to onboarding.Ensure system compliance within CRM.Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.Requirements: Previous experiences in HR or PayrollAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Ability to start immediately (or after fulfilling notice period)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsThis is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to support the HR and payroll teams!
