With big shoes to fill, this role will backfill our amazing Senior HR Advisor for a fixed term of 12 months whilst she takes on the role that matters most, as a mum.
We are open to considering either a part time or full time arrangement.

Act as a point of contact, handling all communication with professionalism and care.Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.Manage and coordinate the apprenticeship program.
Your planning and administration skills will shine, along with your ability to mentor via quarterly catchups, all whilst maintaining strong relationships with our external training partners and providers.Support recruitment and onboarding activity along with project mobilisation requirements.Step in to support the team wherever needed – no task is too big or small!

At least five years' experience in a similar role.A bachelor's degree or similar experience demonstrating your working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, industrial instruments, and employment-related regulations is a must!Strong knowledge of apprenticeship programs, in particular TAFE, ASN, and AQF.This is a diverse, hands-on role that requires professionalism, interpersonal skills, energy, and attention to detail.You are a Microsoft Office pro, and are confident using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Confident using technology with the ability and can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes.You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards learning, accuracy and deadlines.Trustworthy and discreet, you handle confidential matters with ease.Prior experience in the construction, civil, or heavy industries?
