The Company: Our client is a reputable and well-known business in the manufacturing sector who are seeking a proactive HR Advisor with experience in a similar industry for an immediate hire.
The HR Advisor will take an active role in all aspects of human resource management, from recruitment to exit.
The Role: Drafting and Issuing Contracts of Employment: Prepare and distribute legal, accurate, and fair employment contracts to new hires.
HR Initiatives: Participate in the planning and implementation of HR initiatives that drive the goals of our manufacturing business forward.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee and enhance onboarding procedures to streamline new employee integration.
Handle offboarding activities ensuring a smooth transition for exiting employees.
White-Collar Recruitment: Play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and recruiting professional and managerial staff to fill vacancies and enhance our team's skillset.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR procedures and policies, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in the manufacturing sector will be a significant plus.

Your Profile: Previous experience as a HR Advisor in a similar industry.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
