Job Description Historically, we've partnered exclusively with self-employed store franchisees and mobile business owners, but we're shaking things up in 2025, and you have the chance to be part of something special - our first ever cohort of salaried mortgage brokers employed directly by Aussie head office.
As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage our powerful brand, smart technology, and specialised support to fuel your income growth and take your career trajectory to the next level.
Responsibilities: Support customers with their home lending needs virtually, via phone, email, and video chat.Be powered by the industry's #1 home loan platform, enabling customers to upload documents and check the status of their application, allowing brokers to experience speed to settlement at up to four times faster than the industry average.Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates, ensuring no time is wasted with poor quality, cold leads.Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team for processing, minimizing paperwork and allowing proactive follow-ups with lenders and customers.Utilize our proprietary platform and pioneering processes designed to help you scale your income growth, with successful models observed in our sister brand Lendi.Qualifications If you have previous broking or lending experience, or have spent time in a branch or phone-based financial services role, then this is a golden opportunity to progress your career and scale your income growth to the next level.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A keen desire to build a successful career in the mortgage lending space.Alignment with our vision of changing the way Australians experience home lending, for good.A high level of drive, motivation and integrity, underpinned by a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams.A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
