In this Home Lending Specialist role, you will: Be customer-centric - You'll be the go-to expert for our clients, guiding them through the home loan process with personalized advice and support.Bring innovative solutions - Leverage NAB's cutting-edge technology and products to provide clients with seamless, efficient, and innovative lending solutions.Build relationships - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth.Be Results-Oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.What you will bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.Experience with business development.Tech-savvy expertise, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred, particularly in lending.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
