Our client, a renowned conservation organisation, is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join their Melbourne-based team.
This role will help drive health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across multiple sites in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:Support the tail-end development of an OHS management system.Draft procedures and manage consultative processes.Oversee projects such as vaccination initiatives and JSA reviews.Manage chemical safety processes (experience with Chemwatch is a plus).Roll out mental health support programs, including psychological safety and fatigue management.Ensure OHS management and compliance across 5 Victorian sites (some travel may be required approximately once every 3-4 weeks).Why You'll Want to Work Here:Hybrid working arrangements: 3 days onsite and up to 2 days working from home.Free, onsite parking.Laptop and mobile phone provided.Meaningful work within a fantastic organisation.What We're Looking For:Qualifications:Minimum Cert IV in OHS/WHS; Diploma preferred.
