Gardner Homes have gone from strength to strength in recent times and are seeking a senior leader to oversee effective human resource management and learning and development across the business. You will foster senior leadership across the broader business to ensure the continued success of the G.J. Gardner Homes group.
Your new role As the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Learning and Development strategy across the franchise networkCreation and management of learning and development strategies and practices across the business to ensure high engagement, including but not limited to onboarding, skills and needs assessment, accreditation. Development of staff within the Franchisor Team to align with current and future needs of the franchiseManagement of human resources including providing structures, policies, and support for the Franchisor Team to align with present and forthcoming franchise requirementsOversee and management of recruitment matters within the Human Resources teamArticulating and imbedding systems to nurture the G.J. Gardner Homes culture across the team and network.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this opportunity, you will require:
Tertiary qualifications within Human Resources or related disciplinesMinimum of 10 years' experience at senior Learning and Development Manager level or similar Proven working background at a strategic operational levelExperience of franchising or within a similar business model is a distinct advantageIndustry knowledge within the building or construction sector would be highly desirable.
