The Management Development Program (MDP) is a two-year rotational program forgraduates from all backgrounds, aimed to develop the future management of ourbusiness. With on-the-job learnings across our main operations, you will workalongside some of the most experienced & talent people in the constructionindustry. The program allows graduates to gain "hands-on" andpractical exposure of different parts of our business, as well as experienceliving and working in various metro and country locations across Australia.

Assessment Centre: Selected candidates willbe invited to an assessment centre at our Skygate office on the 8 August, whichwill last for 4-5 hours. This will allow you to find out more about Hanson andour Management Development Program, meet some of our leaders and former MDPgraduates and complete some individual and group assessments. You will alsohave a one-on-one interview with the MDP Coordinator or another manager
