About the RoleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this hands-on position also involves strategic leadership as you contribute to the centralisation of shared services within the organisation. You'll motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team of nine, fostering a professional, positive, and business-focused environment.
ResponsibilitiesLead financial reporting, including preparation of annual statutory accounts.Oversee internal and external audits.Manage tax-related compliance requirements and liaise with the Australian Taxation Office.Prepare consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows for executive reporting.Support enhancements in company management reporting and budgeting.Skills and Experience RequiredTertiary qualifications and CA or CPA accreditation.Experience with SAP Hana and Cognos (highly regarded).Previous experience in agriculture or manufacturing sectors preferred.Strong familiarity with compliance: Accounting Standards, Corporations Act, and Taxation Act.BenefitsA chance to play a strategic role in a growing organisation with deep community roots.A supportive and dynamic work environmentOpportunities to work alongside a diverse workforce and contribute to the success of a thriving companyIf you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented finance professional ready to make an impact, this may be the role for you!
