We are seeking Graduate Software Developers who are interested in building a career within an industry leading Australian Employer of Choice.
Joining NTI's Graduate Program provides an environment where you have the opportunity to practically apply your university learnings in real time, which will help you grow an incredibly well-rounded commercial skillset.
You will work with industry experts and receive training and mentoring to develop your technical and non-technical skills, whilst gaining exposure to large scale projects.
Whilst you will have a specialised discipline and team, you will be part of a broader Graduate team where you can grow with and learn alongside your colleagues!
For those graduated or graduating in 2024 we are offering full-time roles.
About the role Day to day, you will: work in a cross-functional team to deliver new features and enhancements to customers and users be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, writing user stories and estimating, to development, testing and deployment provide constructive feedback to peers in code reviews participate in daily stand-ups, sprint retrospective and planning meetings, and other agile ceremonies support business advancement through projects, as well as the operations of a business area.
What we would like to see from you From a personal perspective, you will: have a strong hands-on attitude towards understanding new concepts and learning be a proactive planner and communicator, not afraid of asking questions and challenging the status quo  have strong problem solving and analytical skills be a team player and have a desire to work as part of a high performing team.
From a technical perspective, we'd love to see the following in your application: undergraduate degree majoring in one of the following disciplines: information technology, mathematics, computer science or engineering some experience working within a professional environment through internships, work placements or volunteering (desired but not essential) experience using relevant technologies: Java (or other programming language), Angular (or other UI frameworks), SQL Git, etc.
