With a goal to drive positive change, we are seeking a Geospatial Systems Integration Specialist to lead our Esri transition, develop our geospatial systems, and streamline business operations.
About the Role
In this role, you'll take charge of the development, maintenance, and optimisation of Ecosure's Esri environment, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with critical business systems like SharePoint, NetSuite, and PostgreSQL. You'll create custom workflows in Microsoft Power Apps to improve efficiency and build capacity within our team. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical skills and training expertise to advance Ecosure's operational capabilities.
About You: You are a team player with a passion for training others, problem-solving, and supporting innovative geospatial solutions. Experience in environmental consulting or contracting is highly desirable, as is a passion for the environment and commitment to sustainability.
Key Requirements: Responsibilities: Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the Esri environment to meet evolving business needs Integrate Esri with SharePoint, NetSuite, and PostgreSQL databases Use Power Apps and scripting to automate workflows and manage data processes Train and support team members in adopting new tools and workflows Proven experience in Esri Online and QGIS , with a strong focus on tailoring Esri products to manage daily operational requirements Experience with harnessing geospatial data to produce reports in different visual formats Strong understanding of data workflows, database management, and systems interoperability within a professional services or project-based environment Excellent communication skills, with experience in change management and supporting teams through new technology adoption Demonstrated experience in developing and performing bespoke training in geospatial systems for internal and external users Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to deliver integrated solutions Experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues within geospatial systems Ability to build and maintain Esri web apps for frequent internal use Experience in building and maintaining automated workflows using ETL tools such as FME Experience with 3D geospatial data such as point cloud and LiDAR information Relational database management experience, particularly within PostgreSQL Knowledge in applying a variety of user permissions to groups of stakeholders Ability to identify and mitigate risks to geospatial systems and capabilities within the business
