About the Role: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of functions & event activity across the campus.
Lead the front of house catering team to complete the set up, catering and breakdown.
Work with Functions Manager to plan and coordinate function equipment requests and beverage ordering.
Liaise with management/client to ensure all event expectations are met.
Maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the venue during events.
Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standard of service.
About You: Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Have previous experience in a supervisory role or event management in a fast paced environment.
A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service.
A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service.
Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to work as per functions and event requirements of the business, including some evenings and weekends.
A current working with Children Check and RSA, or ability to obtain are requirements of this role.
