Business Manager and Executive Officer to EGM Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Government - State (Government & Defence) Details:

The Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) Group are seeking a highly motivated individual, who is organised and works well under pressure, to fill two Executive Officer roles to support Executive Group Managers.
These roles will work closely with the Executive Officer to the Chief Digital Officer and as part of a broader Executive Support network support the smooth running of the respective EGM offices and the DDTS Group more broadly.
Led by the CDO, DDTS has responsibility to drive the ACT's digital agenda, lead the whole of government strategic direction for ICT and cyber security, provide technical, tactical and transactional support for whole of government ICT, including ACT Government schools and the Canberra Institute of Technology.

Eligibility/Other Requirements

Previous experience providing executive support to senior executives is highly desirable.

Notes:

Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
This position is located in a workplace designated for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
The ACT Government offers flexible working arrangements including working from home where appropriate.
