About the role We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of Calvary Bruce Private Hospital buildings.
In this role, you will ensure that all facilities are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards, providing a secure and efficient environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all buildings, plant and equipment at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Plan and prioritise maintenance tasks to meet high standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
Lead strategic asset management and oversee the plant life cycle to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with external contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative requirements in facilities management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
