Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst An exciting opportunity has opened for an FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing corporate finance team, supporting Financial Planning & Reporting functions within a well-established service company. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and a background in finance, accounting, or audit, particularly those currently working in large accounting firms who are looking to transition into an in-house corporate environment.

About the Role In this position, you'll provide essential financial planning support to the manager of FP&A, working closely with team members and internal stakeholders to drive strategic insights. You'll play a key role in preparing and delivering the annual business plan, contributing financial insights, and supporting finance teams with value-added reporting.

Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data, including budgets, revenue, and expenses, to deliver insights that support business decision-making. Prepare and present reports and materials to communicate financial analysis to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with various business teams to develop financial strategies that align with company goals. Assist the Manager of FP&A in consolidating forecasts and the annual business plan across profit and loss. Work with internal finance and systems teams to enhance current practices and improve established processes. Role Requirements: Experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role, ideally in a consulting firm. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise and experience using data analysis tools (e.g., TM1, Power BI). Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams to drive strategic insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
