We're looking for an experienced Financial Planner who:
Is an accomplished adviser ready to elevate their strategic skills. Holds a Masters qualification, CFP, FChFP, or equivalent, along with FASEA certification. Is committed to continuous learning and embraces change with a positive mindset. Has a holistic approach to financial planning, aiming to empower clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their needs. Demonstrates a collaborative attitude and enjoys being part of a high-performance team with a client-first approach. Has experience in a boutique firm (preferred) and is proficient with Xplan, Microsoft 365, and other relevant financial planning software. As a Financial Planner at Fenton Financial, you will: Manage an existing client portfolio: Take over a book of established clients from the Director, providing high-touch advisory services with a focus on personalised financial strategies. Build and maintain new client relationships: Collaborate with our Principal Adviser, Andrew Fenton, benefiting from hands-on mentorship and insights from an experienced industry leader. Engage with industry-leading partners: Work alongside top professionals in complementary fields, gaining exposure to holistic financial strategies and cutting-edge practices. Expand client portfolios through referrals and lead generation: Grow the client base with new referrals and leads, supported by our senior adviser's network. Provide comprehensive, client-centered advisory services: Manage inquiries on SMSF, superannuation, investments, insurance, tax, estate planning, and more, while delivering impactful financial strategies that resonate with our clients' goals. Own and execute your operating priorities to support the firm's mission of building a financially confident community.
