We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Financial Adviser to work in the Toowong office, full-time, joining the energetic team.

About you: Motivated team player with great people skills.Technical knowledge and knowledge of regulatory and legislative obligations related to financial planning.1+ years' experience providing financial advice to clients.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with a high attention to detail.Exceptional ability to keep track of multiple tasks, prioritise and deliver on set goals.Eager to learn and are willing, at times, to unlearn.Brings fresh and innovative ideas to the table.Value a team culture.Key role responsibilities: Provide exceptional advice to the clients of Beacon, through the provision of Aged Care Advice and support.Provide efficient, compliant, and accurate administration to deliver quality financial advice.Proactive interaction with clients and team members to ensure all necessary information is up to date and current in client management database and in client account records.Work in progress reporting and task management.Proactive phone calls and client contact to ensure ongoing support services are delivered.Desired Skills and Experience Experience providing exceptional client service within a client-facing environment.Demonstrate an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets and activities with minimum supervision.Ability to work under pressure and within a well-defined compliance framework.Experience with using financial planning software (e.g., Salesforce) desirable, but not mandatory.Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in financial services or a related discipline (completed).FASEA higher education requirements met.Standard background checks include but are not limited to criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC.Remuneration package offered ranges between $126,550 - $145,000, including super and leave loading, dependent on level of education and experience.
