Are you ready to take your Asset Finance career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Asset Finance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Asset Finance transactions for consumer and commercial clients. You have an ability to understand client needs, provide expert guidance, and secure competitive financing options. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing company with excellent earning potential and career advancement prospects.Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and financial situations to recommend suitable Asset Finance solutions.Guide clients through the application and approval process, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience.Liaise with lenders to negotiate terms, rates, and conditions on behalf of clients.Keen eye for detail ensuring data integrity and all internal compliance adhered to.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and your team members.Ability to handle all aspects of the client Asset Finance journey from cradle to grave.Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Asset Finance broking.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.Strong understanding of lending products, including consumer and commercial finance.Excellent computer skills with a high level of data entry accuracy.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a fun and vibrant personality.Above average base salary with very attractive commission structure.Additional fully paid Personal Leave days.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.Access to Australia's #1 Asset Finance Platform- with market leading technology.
