The Role
We are looking for an APS 6 Learning and Development Officer to join us in a varied and dynamic workplace. The Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Office (SeMPRO) wants you to help us develop, evolve and deliver educational programs and workshops both face to face and online to influence cultural reform in Defence.

About our Team
We are a small team who develop and deliver education products, online and face to face, for the entire Defence Organisation. Our education is aimed at the prevention of and response to sexual misconduct incidents.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced teacher with instructional design familiarity who can design and deliver content both online and face-to-face to a large and diverse organisation about a complex and sensitive subject matter.
