Helping them to sustain long term employment: assisting with workplace adjustments that may arise, leading discussions with managers and supporting our candidates with day-to-day queries.Example of a workplace adjustment: A client may be overstimulated by the noise of machinery on site and be struggling in the workplace as a result. You may speak with the employer about the potential of noise-cancelling earphones that may solve the problem and allow the person to continue working in the role (if the role allows).
