They are seeking a Employees Relations Business Partner for a minimun of six months.
Essential skills and knowledge  li]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li]:py-2 [&_p]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li>ul>li]:pl-0 pl-4 jobrequirements"> Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline preferred; Knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle.
Knowledge of the State/Territory based employment related laws with respect to long service leave and workers' compensation.
Experience with HR policies, procedures and protocol development, and related employment driven matters; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, reliability and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making, presentation, and project management.
Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.
