About the role We currently have positions available for reliable and passionate Domestic Cleaners. Right at Home Central Qld is seeking skilled Home Cleaners to join our team. We provide comprehensive home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. As a Home Cleaner, you will ensure our client's homes are clean, tidy, and comfortable.
RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting various surfaces within clients' homes.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas as required.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.
Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.
