Diverseco are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This full time, permanent, ongoing role will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our national business. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our organisational objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with business leaders to understand their proactive talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles across the business. Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. Utilise a range of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process for new hires. Collaborate with the P&C and marketing team to develop and implement employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers. Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a track record of identifying and securing top talent. Familiarity with various recruiting techniques and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices related to recruitment and onboarding. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the P&C function. Previous experience in Organisational Development - advantageous. About Diverseco
