Specialist training opportunities Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support WorkersOpportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability. We currently have permanent part time positions in Asquith and the North Shore region. We can consider local candidates to the North Shore region. Your duties will include: Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handlingSupporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independentSupporting clients to engage and participate in their communityBuilding positive relationships with our clientsTransporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicableRequirements A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferredLive locally to the locations mentioned aboveTriple COVID-19 vaccinated Important information : At CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
