About the Role
12 month fixed term contract
As the Director of Talent, you will spearhead the development and execution of a global Talent Strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
This role is crucial in identifying, selecting, and managing talent across all geographies, while also overseeing career management, EVP ownership, and talent acquisition.
You will work closely with Senior Business Partners and Organisational Development teams to ensure effective organisational structures and talent pipelines are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement a global talent strategy, ensuring it meets business requirements across all geographies, volume and specialist hire.
Accountability for the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new hires, including quality of hire and retention.
Ownership of Probe Group EVP (external brand), working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure Probe is presented as an Employer of Choice in the external market.
Design and deliver a rigorous high-potential talent identification and selection process, focusing on talent retention and succession planning.
Work with Senior Business Partners to build plans to address capability gaps.
Accountability for all TA delivery, minimising cost and time to hire, increasing quality and retention, and decreasing attrition.
Work with relevant stakeholders to curate welcoming, effective and efficient onboarding processes.
Develop future focused plans to fill capability gaps, partnering with Senior Business Partners and OD to ensure robust organisational structures are in place.

You are an experienced talent leader with a proven global talent management and acquisition track record.
A hands-on approach to recruitment and onboarding complements your strategic mindset.
You excel in stakeholder management and are adept at driving EVP initiatives and internal talent mobility.
