Mott MacDonald is hiring a mid to senior professional in our Digital Services team. This person will work as part of the Digital Adoption group, alongside other talented individuals to support engineering project teams throughout North America on proposals and planning tasks. We are looking for a candidate to join us as we identify and establish digital strategies, positions, approaches, and preferred practice. This person will support the selection and adoption of preferred tools and techniques and help to develop delivery models. Job Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to help win work, define preferred software Support WIN pursuits by proposing a digital delivery strategy that considers the project's needs and aids problem-solving Lead the development of the best digital delivery architecture for projects Develop supporting documentation and other guidance which can be applied to help pursuits in a standardized way Establish KPIs to measure the impact on win/lose outcomes for projects with Digital Services support through the pursuit phase Report KPI results Implement process improvements to the support approach Travel as needed to job sites
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related discipline with an eagerness to work on the technology planning side of project delivery Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEC project delivery Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of software: Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and others Knowledge of data management systems: Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (ACC), and others Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently, in an organized manner, self-prioritizing workload accordingly
Preferred qualifications:
Experience creating 3D (BIM) Models and documentation Experience with Virtual Design & Construction Experience with file sharing interoperability between digital environments
