Design Operations Lead, Platform Foundations Our Design Operations team is a multi-disciplinary team focused on ensuring more effective designers and a more efficient Design organization. We operationalize and improve design practices, systems, and tools that drive craft excellence and efficiency – at scale.

Your background
8+ years of relevant professional experience delivering programs that affect people and processes, ideally in design operations, consulting, or business operations
Expertise in design practices and methodologies, product development lifecycle, and measurement & evaluation
Comfort in the level of learning and ambiguity needed to navigate fast-evolving emerging technologies like AI
Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving change management across a large, globally distributed organization
Expertise in measuring impact, identifying risks, and focusing projects on priorities that accomplish outcomes
