Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team at Metcash in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.3. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers, both one-on-one and in group settings.4. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and programs to drive retention and satisfaction. Requirements:1. Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills.2. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve effectively.3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.5. Experience with presentation software and tools for virtual meetings.6.
