Chat Support Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work from home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support via chat to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support- Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations- Innovative mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
