Job Description:

As a Contact Center Specialist at J.M. Smucker in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.3. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company database.5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions.6. Identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.7. Meeting performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and quality of service.8. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Resilient and reliable personality traits.3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
