Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online chat users. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent decision-making and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly and professionally to online chat inquiries from customers.2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of online chat support processes.

Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.5. Proven track record of working in a team-oriented environment.6. Proficiency in MS Office and other customer support software.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
