About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Support professional to join our team.
This role offers variety, combining customer service with ad-hoc warehouse coordination and administration support.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:Answer customer inquiries over the phone and via email.Process orders and provide updates on existing orders.Administrative Support:Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Prepare quotes and assist the Sales team.Perform general administrative tasks as needed.Warehouse Support:Occasionally assist the Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Use a forklift to support warehouse activities as required.About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
A strong customer service mindset and the ability to communicate effectively.Attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks.A valid Forklift Licence (essential).The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential.Why Join The Team?
