EOI Service Desk Agent – Multiple Locations – Adelaide28th November, 2024
About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Service Desk Agent.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level technical support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional service to end-users.
Key Responsibilities Deliver specialised technical support via phone and email in a helpdesk environment.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where necessary.Maintain detailed logs of interactions and resolutions.Build and maintain expert knowledge of supported applications and systems.Provide user updates during issue resolution and negotiate timeframes for solutions.Contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in large organisations.Strong knowledge of desktop applications, systems administration, and network engineering.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.Baseline Security Clearance (preferred).Why Join Us?
