In this role, you'll manage our CRM system to drive data-driven marketing initiatives, focusing on accurate customer data collection and effective segmentation for personalised campaigns.What You'll be doingAs our CRM Specialist you'll:Develop customer segmentation strategies for personalised marketing, ensuring alignment with digital paid & nonpaid media campaigns.Work with internal teams to ensure the integration of CRM data with all marketing performance channels (e.g., PPC, display, social media, eDM).Analyse customer data and campaign performance metrics from various digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Utilise data-driven insights to inform and optimise digital advertising strategies, focusing on improving ROI, lead generation, and customer conversions.Conduct A/B testing and other data analysis techniques to refine and enhance campaign performance.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align CRM insights with paid media efforts, contributing to the development of highly targeted and effective campaigns.Monitor and evaluate ongoing campaign performance, making recommendations to adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocation as needed to maximise results.Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting lists, and scheduling sends.Manage the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and social media.Create and present detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and actionable recommendations.Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall digital and general marketing effectiveness, leveraging CRM data to inform audience targeting, personalisation, and customer journey optimisation.Identify new opportunities for growth by analysing customer behaviour and performance trends, contributing to short and long-term digital strategy.Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who has:3+ years in CRM specialisation and data analysis, preferably within a digital marketing or paid performance environment.Experience with data tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms to analyse customer data and campaign performance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights to marketing strategies.Experience using performance optimisation techniques (e.g., A/B testing) within digital advertising.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on continuous optimisation and improvement.Our Commitment to youAt Lorna Jane, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.
