The consulting team includes professional services, project managers, business solutions, support and sales. The team works closely with customers including onsite visits to undertake customer requirements.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this): Your business consulting skills and experience in a Finance environment will assist you in this role. Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with our Project Managers, our Professional Services Consultants are responsible for:
Facilitating workshops to gather business requirementsDesigning solutions to meet those requirementsDocumenting system configurationsPerforming system testingManaging customer business improvementsAbout youWe're looking for a new Professional Services Consultant who has: Strong Business Consulting skills and able to demonstrate a strong commercial understandingStrong ability to design solutions to meet clients' business requirementsFull lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in mid to large scale ERP projectsPronto Xi experience and skills will be highly regardedWell-developed prioritisation and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, written and client-facingExcellent stakeholder, issue, and scope management skillsAbility to identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolutionBe energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting environmentTo enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you'd need to have: Successfully completed a degree in Business related discipline or relevant industry experienceProfessional membership preferredYou will possess a strong work ethicYou will be resourceful and innovative at tackling complex business challengesWork well in a team environmentAbility to influence internal and external stakeholdersExcellent attention to detailPassionate about customer service and delivery excellenceA current driver's license as travel to customer sites is requiredA passport as potential interstate and international travel may be requiredWhat you will get: Earn a salary commensurate with your experience plus a range of employee benefitsWork in a modern, dynamic and friendly team environmentA hybrid working environment (split your week, flexible location arrangements)The ability to develop your career and experienceNote: Our employees need to undergo a Police Check.
