Your Role: As part of Peter Huang's super team, you will have the opportunity to work as a lead agent, contractor, or independent franchisee.
You will receive lifelong mentoring, networking opportunities, and support from a dedicated team, including IT, graphic design, and digital marketing professionals.
Qualifications: Proven income in real estate over the past two years, or a full license to qualify as an independent contractor.Experience as a real estate agent on a commission basis or as a licensed contractor is preferred.Compensation: 50 to 80% incremental commission on employment-based roles, 60/90% as a contractor, or 98.03% flat as a franchisee.
