* This is a Permanant Full Time role based in our Adelaide office*
Working alongside our amazing Director of Client Services and another Client Services Manager, this crucial hands-on role will support with delivering on our commitment to providing the very best quality of client care.
As a Client Services Manager you will excel across the following areas:
Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators and all stakeholders Who Require Our Services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.End to End onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all Participants in your caseload.Collaborating with Coordination, Recruitment and Manage to ensure best outcomes for all ParticipantsOnboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.Ongoing Face to Face Meetings with Participants to Ensure Service Standards are UpheldParticipate in the continued growth of our South Australian market by making meaningful connections through networking and business development activitiesAbout You Minimum 2 years' experience working in Disability from a Client Management perspectiveSelf-starter who enjoys leaving things better than the way you found themAptitude for networking at events & business developmentNDIS Worker Screening CheckExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExperience meeting deadlines, and working within a fast-paced environmentIf you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
