Civil Site Supervisor

Richmond Co Pty Ltd [Richmond Civil Works] is a leading civil construction company servicing the SA commercial market for the past 30 years, specializing in all aspects of civil construction.
Due to this continual company growth, we are currently seeking a stellar Site Supervisor to join our team.
To be successful in this position you will need to be an experienced Site Supervisor in Civil Construction and be familiar with the responsibilities and performance requirements for this role. 
You will nee to exercise your skills and knowledge using various systems, materials and/or specialised techniques and will be required to coordinate resources, managing time, forward planning and organising programmed works.
Role includes: Driving civil projects from start to finish.Hands on role when necessary, including machine operation and setting out projects.Will be responsible for your own crew of operators / labourers to manage.Supervising concrete, bitumen and line marking subcontractors.Overseeing WHS and QA requirements on site.Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the relevant codes and standards.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Must possess the following attributes Previous project delivery experience in carparks, building pads, paving prep, roads, earthworks, sub divisions & storm water.Experience in bobcat and excavator and operation of loader, grader an advantageAbility to interpret construction drawings Strong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and commitment to work, health and safety If you are interested in the role and have the skills required, please submit your resume today.
