The Role As a Centre Technician you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers.

The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.
You will be provided with training and work towards advancing to a Mobile Service Technician.
You will report to the Operations Manager.
General Tasks Support in daily operation of the Hose Service CentreLearn hose assembly, Machine/Weld and pipe-bending proceduresAttend to customers' needs at the counter and on the phoneData entry and stock control dutiesPick-up and deliver goods as requiredYou To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
A strong understanding of customer serviceGood telephone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to carry out instructionsA knowledge of the industry or similar typeMechanical backgroundAbility to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accuratelyCurrent Manual Drivers' LicenseBe computer literate and have good literacy and numeracy skillsWell-presented and groomedStrong work ethic and pride in workmanshipAbility to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solveDesire to be a team playerAn understanding of WHS and Safe Work PracticesCurrently living in/near or willing to relocate to BallaratHow to Apply Email your resume and cover letter to Human Resources:
