Description:
About You
Align yourself with a top, forward-thinking, dynamic and dedicated team that places absolute focus on creating 'customers for life'. Reporting to the State Manager (VIC/TAS/NT), you will possess a consultative approach to sales, commitment, and the ability to build strong relationships.

You will use your influencing skills to drive new diverse sales growth across all possible Electronic Security vertical markets. As a Business Development Manager (BDM) Electronic Security, you will be responsible for growing new and existing business, developing pipeline and closing business accounts in your region, which represent significant opportunity both strategically and from a revenue perspective to LSC.

Your broad responsibilities will include:

Increase sales through existing customers and new business development, identifying new opportunities and presenting new products to a diverse customer base
Ensure our customers stay well connected to our brand and understand the key features and benefits of LSC and our product range over our competitors
Maximise sales opportunities through successful time and territory management
Prepare, manage, and follow through with tenders and project submissions
Continually grow, maintain and service a solid pipeline of projects
Provide high-level technical advice and service to ensure successful conversion of sales pipeline.
Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in the role, you will possess:

3+ years experience within a similar role, and a proven track record in sales gained through the electronic security industry is essential
Must have strong knowledge of the electronic fundamentals and security concepts
Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, focused, and energetic approach
Well presented, professional, strong business acumen and driven to achieve budgets
Computer literate, proficient in all Microsoft suites
Tertiary qualifications in a Business, Sales/Marketing or business-related discipline would be desirable
Must have current drivers licence and be willing to travel.
