This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology solutions that are transforming the industry where you will manage full sales cycles and in-person product demonstrations.ObjectiveTo deliver new business, overachieve on sales targets, provide excellent client service, and build strong relationships.Key Responsibilities Seek out and close potential clients in the REA market.Create new growth opportunities with prospective clients, including extensive visits to client sites as needed.Ensure the use of service offerings.Provide clients with post-sales implementation, training, and ongoing account management.Key Competencies: Exhibit traits and behaviours that characterize successful salespersons, adapting to the demands of the sales role.Implement service practices that meet customer and organizational needs, resolving difficult customer situations effectively.Ensure the client's perspective drives business decisions and activities.Use appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers and internal partners, promoting openness and trust.Proactively identify business opportunities for customers, creating valued partnerships and understanding their business drivers.Knowledge And Experience 3+ years of Business Development Experience either in Real Estate or Software.Experience managing full sales cycles + in-person product demonstrations.Activity-focused sales ethos.Passion for relationship building and prospecting; the best sales don't take place from behind a desk!Experience selling at the C/Director level.What's in it for you?
