Building Supervisor

Established in 1975, Sterling Homes is a multi award winning, South Australian builder that specialises in the volume construction of project homes, custom built homes and unit developments. Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Building Supervisor to be a part of our team.
As a Building Supervisor you will be required to manage and coordinate the construction of multiple building projects, ensuring a high quality product is delivered on time, that satisfies the client's and our company's expectations. 
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
A minimum of 3 years building experienceExcellent knowledge of building codes and attention to detailSkills with organisation of multiple suppliers and subcontractorsSound level of computer literacyGood analytical skillsGood communication and organisational skillsExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to manage time and prioritise tasksW.H.S. construction white card This opportunity offers an attractive remuneration package based on experience.
