About the RoleWe now have an opportunity for a Broker Support Officer on a full time permanent basis. As a Broker Support Officer, you will support the Third-Party team to ensure that the organisation delivers timely, accurate and friendly service to our members and introducers in relation to products and services whilst embracing the opportunity to cross sell products and services to our members. You will work in a fast-paced environment so will need to be resilient and goal orientated.
This is a full time permanent position, based on a 38-hour working week with the preferred location for this position to be based in Townsville.
