About The Role: The Assistant Director Low Value Contracting Framework develops and leads teams responsible for the development, management and oversight of contractual frameworks and support arrangements through which the Department's maintenance services are delivered. This includes oversight of contract management activities for strategic, long-term maintenance arrangements.
In addition, this role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Department's inspectorial service which includes the provision of Building Condition and Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) inspections. This position also ensures alignment with Government and Departmental asset management, procurement and project management policies and processes.
